This HONNOI Terms and Conditions of Service constitutes an agreement between Big Bot AI Co., Ltd., having its head office located at 75/6 Preecha Romklao Village, Soi Romklao 1, Saensaep Subdistrict, Min Buri District, Bangkok (hereinafter referred to as the "Company"), and the user of HONNOI (hereinafter referred to as the "Member").
The Member utilizes the HONNOI service (hereinafter referred to as the "Service") to engage in conversations with Artificial Intelligence, access various services related to astrology and Feng Shui, and purchase credits for Artificial Intelligence processing through the Website, Mobile Application, HONNOI Line Official Account, and the HONNOI application (collectively referred to as the "Application") as detailed in these Terms and Conditions of Service (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms of Service").
The Member is responsible for thoroughly understanding these terms before using the Service and must regularly check these Terms of Service. For inquiries regarding the Service, Members may contact the Call Center at 02-919-5159 or other channels designated by the Company.
Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using the Application. By using this Application, you are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms in their entirety.
1.1 The Member agrees to comply with and be bound by the Terms of Service. Use of the Service constitutes acceptance of these Terms of Service. The Company may amend or supplement the Terms of Service at any time without prior notice, unless such amendments significantly affect the Member. Continued use of the Service after such amendments or supplements constitutes acceptance of each respective change.
1.2 Unless otherwise notified or specified, any new features that modify, supplement, or improve the Service shall be subject to these Terms of Service.
1.3 The Company reserves the right to improve or cancel the Service, or any part thereof, temporarily or permanently at any time, with prior notice.
2.1 To apply for the Service, the Member must open a HONNOI Account (hereinafter referred to as the "Account") for performing various transactions related to the Service. The Member must register using an E-Mail address or mobile phone number and set a secure password, or create an account via trusted platforms such as Gmail, Facebook, or Line.
2.2 The Member must keep their password and registration data confidential and must not disclose or perform any action that may allow others to know the password and/or such data. The Member accepts that any transaction performed using the Member's password shall be deemed the Member's own act in every respect. The Company shall not be liable for any damages arising from transactions performed under the Member's Account using said password.
2.3 In the event that a Member uses the password to complete a transaction related to the Service, the Member accepts that such transaction cannot be canceled, revoked, changed, or modified, and the Member shall be bound by such transaction in all respects.
2.4 The Member acknowledges that if an incorrect password is entered for more than the number of times specified by the Company, the Company will automatically suspend the Service immediately. The Member may resume use of the Service only after notifying the Company of their intention according to the methods prescribed by the Company to request a new password.
2.5 If the Member forgets the password or wishes to change the password for any reason, the Member may do so within the Application or notify the Company according to prescribed methods. However, such actions shall not affect any transactions completed prior to the Company being notified.
2.6 The Member acknowledges that the Company is merely the provider of the Artificial Intelligence Chatbot (AI Chatbot) "HONNOI," which is designed to answer questions, provide predictions, and offer advice regarding astrology, fortune-telling, Feng Shui, dream interpretation, numerology, and personal beliefs only.
2.7 AI Disclaimer
The Member acknowledges that HONNOI operates via an Artificial Intelligence (AI) system. The AI system may occasionally produce errors or provide inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate information. All information, predictions, or advice received from this Application are for "entertainment and preliminary guidance purposes only." Users must exercise maximum discretion in interpretation and consider information carefully before applying it to real-life decisions.
2.8 Limitation of Liability
Any decisions made by the Member regarding finance, career, relationships, health, or lifestyle based on information from HONNOI are the independent decisions of the Member alone. HONNOI and the development team shall not be liable for any loss, damage (direct or indirect), injury, or any impact resulting from reliance on or use of information from the Application in any case.
2.9 The Member agrees not to use this Application for illegal purposes or to input data that is threatening, obscene, or violates the rights of others.
2.10 The Company will provide the Service to the best of its ability for Member satisfaction. Therefore, if any error or delay occurs in the Service, whether caused by computer systems, the internet, electronic equipment, or other related systems including mobile networks, and regardless of the cause, the Member agrees not to claim any damages from the Company.
2.11 The Company shall not be liable in any case for loss or damage, direct or indirect, occurring to data on mobile phones or to the mobile phones or any other equipment resulting from the Service.
2.12 The Company is not liable for damages or losses arising from leaked personal data and AI processing credits in the Member's account due to lost or stolen mobile phones or equipment, or if the Member is defrauded, or from any other force majeure. The Member must immediately notify the Company to suspend the service via the Call Center at 02-919-5159 or other designated channels.
2.13 The Company is not liable for damages or losses arising from leaked personal data caused by Malware, Computer Viruses, or other electronic attacks on the Member's mobile phone or equipment used for the Service.
2.14 Members can view payment history for goods and services for the past 3 (three) months via the Application. Members may request historical transaction data within the period specified by the Company by notifying the Call Center at 02-919-5159 or other designated channels. Members will receive evidence of transactions via the email registered with the Application. Evidence of payment refers to Statements and other evidence generated by computer and storage media or other evidence as prescribed by the Bank of Thailand in the future. Such evidence is confidential and should not be disclosed to third parties.
2.15 Members can inquire about service information and/or report service issues at the Call Center 02-919-5159 or other designated channels.
3.1 If a Member wishes to cancel the Service, the Member must notify their intention via the Call Center 02-919-5159 or other designated channels and follow prescribed methods. If there are remaining AI credits in the account, the Company reserves the right to delete all such remaining credits.
The Company informs Members that the Generative AI system under the trade name "HONNOI" maintains high standards of data security. Data is used only as necessary for processing and is not stored if unnecessary. Details are as follows:
4.1 The HONNOI system does not copy Prompt commands, digital files of any kind used for processing, AI responses, conversation history, birth data for astrological charts, dream data, or other data input by the Member for training models or for other purposes beyond the AI processing requested by the Member. Digital Files include PDF documents, all types of image files (e.g., png, jpg, webp), all types of video files (e.g., mp4, mov), all types of audio files (e.g., mp3, m4a, wav), and links to such files.
4.2 AI Image and Video Generation: The HONNOI system does not use Prompt commands, image files used for processing, or AI-generated images/videos for model training or other purposes beyond AI processing. Output images and videos are stored in the system only as ordered by the Member.
4.3 Confidentiality: The Company warrants that all data input by the Member into the Generative AI system will be kept strictly confidential.
4.4 No-Training Policy: The Company has a strict policy not to use any Member data from the AI service for Training, Fine-tuning, or developing the efficiency of the Company's AI models.
4.5 Technical Security Measures for HONNOI:
Translations of these Terms of Service are provided for convenience only. They are not intended to modify the terms. In the event of a conflict between the Thai version and any non-Thai version, the Thai version shall prevail.
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
If any provision or condition of these Terms of Service is void or invalid under any law, the remaining valid provisions shall be considered separate from the void part and shall remain in full force and effect.
Failure by the Company to enforce any provision does not affect the Company's right to enforce such provision later. A waiver of any breach by the Member does not constitute a waiver of any subsequent breach of the same or other provisions.
9.1 The Company permits Members/Users to use images or other media created or edited via HONNOI for commercial purposes or other intended benefits.
9.2 Copyright of images or media created or edited via HONNOI belongs to the Member/User who paid for the creation or editing of such media.
9.3 The Company is merely a tool for Generative AI processing according to user commands. Therefore, the Member/User is the owner of the output media. In the event of litigation resulting from the use of such media—including but not limited to charges of defamation, obscenity, harassment, sexual harassment, racial or religious discrimination, or infringement of copyright, trademarks, or logos—the Member/User assumes full responsibility for all such cases. The Company shall not be held liable in any case for litigation arising from media created by Member/User commands.
