For products purchased from HONNOI Application

Under the terms and conditions set forth in This refund and return policy and terms of service Buyers can submit a request for a return of goods ("Products") purchased from HONNOI Application operated by Bigbot Ai Company Limited ("Bigbot Ai") and/or for a refund within 7 days from the date of purchase. The buyer receives the product.
The Buyer can submit a request for a refund and/or return of the Goods only in the following cases:
The buyer must contact to send the buyer's request at the contact channel specified by Bigbot Ai or Call Center 02-919-5159.
Please note that, upon Bigbot Ai's request, the Buyer must deliver the merchandise to Bigbot Ai's designated location within three (3) calendar days after the return request is submitted. Returned by the sender designated by Bigbot Ai.
Bigbot Ai will consider your refund and return request in its sole discretion. The Buyer acknowledges and agrees that the results of Bigbot Ai's consideration are binding, final and absolute. and warrants and agrees that Buyer will not bring any action or claim against Bigbot Ai or against any of Bigbot Ai's group companies based on such consideration.
In the event that the buyer has taken legal action against the seller. Buyer may send Bigbot Ai an official notice from the applicable entity requesting that Bigbot Ai continue to hold Buyer's purchase of Products until an official decision is known. their only Decide if it is necessary to continue saving money for the purchase of the product.
In the event that the buyer makes a payment mistake (for example, entering the wrong amount or entering the wrong phone number to top-up) or making a duplicate payment. The Customer will not be able to correct or alter any erroneous payments or cancel duplicate payments, and Bigbot Ai will not make any refunds to the Customer, including any payment fees for such Payment Transactions. Customers are only required to contact the Merchant or Service Provider directly to request corrections for erroneous payments or refunds for duplicate payments.
Buyers may not request returns and/or refunds due to change of mind. Unless otherwise stated in this Refund and Return Policy.
4.1 Subject to clause 4.2, when Bigbot Ai receives a request for a return and/or refund from Buyer, Bigbot Ai will notify Seller in writing. The Seller may respond to the Buyer's request in accordance with the procedures provided by Bigbot Ai in the Notice. The seller must respond within the time specified in the notice. If Bigbot Ai does not hear from Seller within the specified period, Bigbot Ai will be deemed to have not responded to Buyer's request. and will assess the buyer's request without further notice to the seller. Bigbot Ai will review each Seller's statement on a case-by-case basis and will, in its sole discretion, determine whether Buyer's Application will be approved based on the circumstances outlined by the Seller specify in the statement.
4.2 Notwithstanding the conditions set forth above and in its absolute discretion, Bigbot Ai may, at its sole discretion, provide Any items that have been approved for a refund or that have already been shipped are not returned to the seller. And it is considered that the seller has waived all rights in such products.
In the event that Bigbot Ai has approved a refund or merchandise for any item, Bigbot Ai will notify the applicable Seller by email and/or any other appropriate means. ("Notice") and will ship such Goods back to the address provided by the relevant Seller in writing to complete the refund and return process without additional charge. if such address is within the country in which the Goods are listed for sale on the Website or Application ("Domestic Address"). If the returned Goods are not returned or cannot be received within the specified period (as Bigbot Ai deems appropriate), Bigbot Ai reserves the right to dispose of such Goods by any means that Bigbot Ai deems appropriate. and it shall be deemed that the relevant Seller has waived all rights in such Goods.
The applicable Seller must notify Bigbot Ai within seven (7) days after receiving the notice. ("Notice Period") Failure to notify Bigbot Ai within that notice period It is sufficient evidence that the return delivery has been completed that the relevant Seller has accepted the return delivery. and agrees not to make any claims or disputes about that product.
In the event that Bigbot Ai has approved a refund or product Seller may appeal the decision by contacting Bigbot Ai and providing evidence supporting the appeal. We will process Buyer's Purchase Monies refunds. In whole or in part to the Seller. The Seller acknowledges and agrees that the results of Bigbot Ai's consideration are binding on the final and absolute basis. including representing and agreeing that the Seller will not take any action or bring any claim against Bigbot Ai or against any of Bigbot Ai's group companies as a result of such consideration.
In the event that Bigbot Ai has, in its sole discretion, rejected a request for a refund and return of the Goods, provided that the Goods have been received by Bigbot Ai, Bigbot Ai will arrange to ship the said Goods. returned to the relevant Buyer's address as set forth in clause 2. above.
4.3 In the event that Bigbot Ai approves a refund or return of any item as specified in clause 2. above, it shall be binding on the relevant seller. The relevant Seller agrees to abide by the terms and conditions set forth in this Refund and Return Policy. and agree to take any action Necessary to refund or return the Products at the Buyer's request as Bigbot Ai has approved.
To avoid the hassle of returning the product The buyer should make sure that the product Including free products such as accessories that come with that product Must be returned to the seller in the condition received by the buyer upon delivery. We recommend that buyers take photos of the product while receiving it.
The buyer and seller must discuss and agree on who will be responsible for the cost of returning the item. In the event of a dispute between the Seller and the Buyer as to who bears the cost of returning the Goods, Bigbot Ai may, in its sole discretion, determine who is responsible for the cost of returning the Goods.
Buyer will be refunded only after Bigbot Ai has received confirmation from Seller that Seller has received the returned Goods. In the event Bigbot Ai does not contact Seller within the specified time, Bigbot Ai has the right shall refund the relevant amount to the Buyer without further notice to the Seller. The refund will be credited to the buyer's credit/debit card. or designated bank account whichever is appropriate.
Bigbot Ai encourages users to communicate with each other in case of transaction problems, as Bigbot Ai only provides a platform for users to trade. The buyer should contact the seller directly if there is a problem with the purchased product.
